At The Windmill Ranch, prices are based on group size. We've made every effort to keep costs reasonable, while offering the outstanding service you deserve for your wedding.

The Windmill Ranch Preserve Wedding Packages offer these amenities:

• One day ranch usage. This provides you with extra time to decorate without the hustle, bustle and worry you hear so much about at other venues.
• Pavilion (our lovely 30'x50' air conditioned/heated indoor facility)
• Tables and chairs for approximately 85 guests
• Arbor area (enjoy the natural beauty of this open-air space)
• Pool (open late May-late October)
• Stage/Dance floor (dance under the stars)
• Restrooms (3) in the Big House, (1) in the Pavilion,
• Assistance in set-up and clean-up
• Ranch decorations (what's ours is yours!)
• Unlimited scheduled visits before the event (for planning and preparation for your special day!)
• Security
• Event insurance
• Additional porta-potties (as needed, based on size of event/attendance.)

Tents

Special event tents can add a spark of excitement and a touch of enchantment to which nothing else quite compares. (*Additional fee and 3 month advance notice for tent usage).

Linens

Color selection is so important for your wedding day. Know that almost every color scheme imaginable can be available for your event. (*Additional fee and 3 month advance notice for linen usage).

Catering

There's nothing like good food at a great celebration. At the Windmill Ranch, we're happy to cater your event. Or we'll arrange a menu to your tastes, with one of the many fine catering groups in the area.

Kitchen Use

Another unique option is use of our kitchen at the Windmill Ranch.
